BI (Business Intelligence)
BI (Business Intelligence) has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few years, and if you don't understand these management systems, you're missing out on what most companies list as their #1 priority. In fact, "competitive necessity" is the term companies use to describe the importance of these systems, which support management rather than operational functions. We're talking about systems which contain extensive query, analytical, and reporting functions. This seminar starts with data warehousing, goes through complex queries and data mining, and finishes with data integration and BPM (Business Process Management).

Audience:
Business analysts and designers, business managers responsible for planning and forecasting, technical recruiters, account managers, and trainers are the prime audience for this session although anyone who in involved with analyzing data to make business decisions will benefit from this session.
People who have taken CSTA (Computers: systems, Terms, and Acronyms) need not attend this seminar as the material is also covered in that seminar.
Objectives:
Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to:
- Confidently communicate with IT professionals about business intelligence processing and products;
