Have you heard about Web 2.0, and do you really understand what it is?  First, “Web 2.0” is not an actual thing - it's a term that describes a type of web site. Beginning with this, we make it clear and easy (and actually fun) to tell what Web 2.0 is and what it isn’t.  The various types of Web 2.0 sites (social networking, business networking, blogs, personal management, bookmarking, wikis, etc.) are covered, both with explanations and examples – we go to the Web and look at them!  We’ll show you how they work and how you can use Web 2.0.  In fact, we bet that after you’ve attended the session, you’ll use at least one of these technologies.

Audience 

If you work with techies, you're going to need to understand Web 2.0. During 2008 over 70% of IT departments are expected to use Web 2.0 technologies, and over 25% of companies plan to include one or more of these technologies on their Web sites.  These percentages will go up next year. this use means that any business person who works with IT benefits from attending this seminar. In particular, business analysts, technical recruiters, account managers, HR staff, technical writers and designers attend.
